Soil Stabilization Around Infrastructure

Unstable, eroded, or loose soil surrounding infrastructure elements can lead to settlement, structural damage, and system failure. Our team uses ultra-low viscosity polyurethane resins to fill voids, consolidate soils, and block water migration—effectively increasing the bearing capacity of the ground.

Once the soil is stabilized, the structure can be safely lifted and leveled if needed, preventing further damage and restoring stability.

Sealing Manholes & Stopping Water Intrusion

Groundwater infiltration is a major contributor to increased treatment costs in both municipal and private sanitation sewer systems. We provide a proven 2-step process to eliminate groundwater intrusion in manholes and similar structures:

Step 1: Internal Leak Sealing

We begin by placing oakum soaked in polyurethane resin into cracks, joints, and defects within the structure. This creates a flexible, watertight gasket that immediately halts active leaks and reinforces the structure internally.

Step 2: Soil Encapsulation

Next, we drill through the interior walls of the concrete structure to access the surrounding soil. We then inject a structural polyurethane resin, which expands to encapsulate the affected soil areas and fully seal off external water sources—eliminating infiltration at its source.

Optional Interior Coating for Long-Term Protection

After sealing the structure, we offer an optional service to clean and apply a protective Polyurea coating to the interior surface. This coating safeguards the concrete from further deterioration caused by moisture, chemicals, and other corrosive elements—extending the life of the infrastructure and reducing future maintenance needs.
