Concrete Slab Lifting

SLAB LIFTING
Restore Stability. Avoid Replacement.
Over time, concrete slabs can settle and shift—creating uneven surfaces, tripping hazards, and structural concerns. At Polyurethane Specialists, we offer a fast, effective, and long-lasting solution: concrete slab lifting using high-performance two-part polyurethane foam.
Why Do Concrete Slabs Settle?
Concrete settling is a common issue caused by:
– Poorly Compacted Soil during original construction
– Water Erosion from drainage issues or groundwater movement
– Non-Cohesive Soils that naturally shift or wash out over time
These conditions can lead to sunken driveways, uneven sidewalks, misaligned patios, and even foundation concerns. Fortunately, replacement isn’t your only option.
Our Concrete Lifting Solution
We inject a structural two-part polyurethane foam beneath the settled slab. This specialized foam is designed to work in both wet and dry conditions, making it ideal for a variety of soil types and environments.
As the foam expands, it fills voids and compacts the base soil, stabilizing and lifting the concrete with precision. The expansion force of the foam, combined with the pressure of our specialized pump system, generates enough controlled force to raise virtually any structure back into place—with up to 1/8” accuracy.
The Benefits of Polyurethane Foam Lifting
– Fast and Non-Invasive – Minimal downtime and no heavy equipment or demolition
– Cost-Effective – A fraction of the cost and time of full slab replacement
– Precision Results – Accurate lifting to restore level surfaces
– Long-Lasting – Foam won’t shrink, break down, or wash away
– Eco-Friendly – Less waste, fewer resources, and no need for new concrete
