Problem:
Failing Filter membrane leading to soil loss and erosion over time causing large voids along the wooden seawall.
Solution:
Injecting Polyurethane Grout to seal the wall, stabilize the soil, and fill the voids. Installing filtered weep drains to alleviate hydrostatic pressure build up and prevent soil loss in the newly sealed areas of the seawall.
