Project:  Concrete driveway stabilization and slab lifting

Location:  Columbia County, FL

Residence was experiencing concrete driveway settling and severe cracking. Likely caused by improper site preparation prior to placement of concrete driveway.   The site was prepped by cleaning joints of debris.  A number of small holes were drilled through the affected concrete area to allow for placement of injection pipes.   Polyurethane grout columns were installed to stabilize the soil and concrete slab.    A structural 2-part, polyurethane foam was injected through delivery ports, to raise the slab back into original position.  Joints were sealed on completing.   There were also areas of cracked and missing concrete throughout the driveway.   These areas were prepped and cosmetic repairs were completed.
