Location:  Gulf Coast Tidal Waterway

Problem:  Soil loss and erosion over time leading to depressions along the seawall, collapse of a paver walkway and cracking of the concrete seawall cap.

Solution:   Injecting Polyurethane Grout to Seal the wall, stabilize the soil,  and fill the voids.   We reset the paver walkway on the stabilized soil, patched cracks with non-shrink cement grout and installed filtered weep drains to alleviate hydrostatic pressure build up and prevent soil loss.
