Your seawall is a major investment and adds enjoyment, aesthetics and value to your waterfront property. Your seawall’s main purpose is to protect your property from the waterway it adjoins.
Mother Nature can wreak havoc on your seawall through rain, ground water movement and wave and tidal action. One of the leading causes of seawall failure is due to soil migration and loss over time. Soil migration can occur from failing filter media behind the wall, cracks and holes in the seawall and failing or missing hydrostatic relieve drains. If there are no weep drains in your sea wall, the buildup of hydrostatic pressure on the land side can cause cracks and damage to your seawall and cap.
As seawalls age, they can develop a multitude of problems. Is the ground disappearing or caving in behind your seawall? Are sinkholes forming? Have the pavers along or near your seawall become uneven due to the ground giving away? Is your concrete seawall cap cracking, is there exposed rebar?

A failing seawall can be very expensive to replace.
The good news is, we can help! Our team has over 35 years in combined experience repairing seawall erosion and damage. We can repair your seawall and help prevent it from failing for a fraction of the cost to replace it.
One of our Solution Experts will visit your site, review the situation, and recommend a course of action to fix and help prevent future recurrence.
Our technicians start the repair process by doing deep injections along the back of the seawall at each joint or on a predetermined spacing plan. We will drive a small injection rod to the proper depth and then begin installing our quick reacting polyurethane resin. As the polyurethane resin is injected, it will permeate the soil, filling voids as well as sealing cracks and joints in your seawall. Once we complete sealing the wall, we install new drain channels to relieve hydrostatic pressure build up from water forming behind the wall. We utilize Commercial grade, filtered weep drain covers to allow the excess water to drain, while preventing further soil loss.
You can rest easy, knowing your seawall erosion has been repaired and our products are NSF third party certified safe for contact with drinking water and won’t harm marine life.
