Leak Sealing/ Curtain Grouting

Infrastructure Grouting and Sealing
We inject the polyurethane resin to encapsulate the areas which are allowing water intrusion, thus cutting off and stopping the water intrusion.
After stopping the water intrusion, we are also able to clean and coat the interior of the structure with a Polyurea coating to further protect the concrete from deterioration.
Seawall Erosion Repair
We utilize a multi-level approach to repairing your seawall. First, we seal the failing joints and cracks in your seawall. This prevents soil loss and future erosion. Then we fill the voids behind the wall, using a polyurethane resin that does not add a large amount of weight to an already weakened substrate. Finally, we install a system in the wall that removes water build up and relieves hydrostatic pressure.
Geotech/ Soil Stabilization
Voids can be filled, soil consolidated, and water migration halted by permeating the soil with one of our ultra-low viscosity polyurethane resins. Once the bearing capacity of the soil has been increased with this process, then the structure can be lifted if necessary.
Concrete Slab Lifting
We inject a structural 2-part polyurethane foam designed to work in wet or dry conditions, to stabilize and control the lifting and leveling of settled concrete.
